There will be a building that is in walking distance of the PMB, post office, grocery store, pharmacy, and milkshake factory. There will also be additional bus routes, and other resources. Most of the 1st floor will be rented out, or made into a convenience store depending on what the business owner wishes to do. The second floor will be a guest apartment. If someone comes to visit me from out of the area, they will be able to stay in the 2BR apartment on the 2nd floor rather than renting a hotel room or 2.
